Apartamentul este mobilat si utilat complet, de tip semidecomandat. Acesta are vederea spre curtea interioara a blocului iar prin urmare este liniste. Incalzirea blocului se face prin centrala de bloc. Comisionul agentiei este de 50% din prima luna pe chirie.
